Complaints and returns
If the user is not satisfied with the order, he must return the product in its undamaged original packaging. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason for his decision. The only cost the buyer has in connection with the return of the product is the cost of returning the goods (which, in the case of shipping, is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service).

The customer will be refunded an amount equal to the sum of the prices of the products ordered and paid for. Postage included in the total amount is non-refundable.
You can return the product via the delivery service or in person at the collection point.
Return process:
- Fill out the form we need to process the refund
- Attach a copy of the invoice of the product for which you are using the refund or complaint
- You must return the product undamaged in its original packaging. Before sending it, protect it properly so that it is not damaged during transport.
