Giveaway Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Infostyle d.o.o., Močnikova ulica 10, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter: the organizer). -
Giveaway Duration
The giveaway runs from the date of publication until October 15, 2025 (until 23:59). After this date, participation is no longer possible. -
Terms of Participation
All adult individuals with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia may participate in the giveaway. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
To participate, entrants must:

Prize
The winner will receive 2nd generation wireless headphones. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another product. -
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants after the giveaway concludes. The winner will be announced on Infostyle's official Facebook and Instagram profiles no later than October 20, 2025 and notified via email. -
Prize Collection
The winner will collect the prize in person at an Infostyle store (Trubarjeva cesta 17, Ljubljana or Cesta Borisa Kidriča 3, Zagorje ob Savi) or, by arrangement, receive it by mail at their own expense. -
Personal Data Protection
The organizer will use personal data (name, surname, email) exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and notifying the winner. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted no later than 30 days after the giveaway concludes. -
Responsibility
The organizer does not assume responsibility for any technical issues during participation. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules in case of unforeseen circumstances. -

By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm that they are familiar with and agree to these rules.
