These general terms and conditions govern the operation of the Infostyle online store and apply to the sale of goods listed on www.infostyleshop.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in their entirety.

2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You place an order through the online store by selecting products and completing the checkout process. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract between the customer and Infostyle d.o.o. is concluded when you receive the order confirmation.

3. Prices

All prices in the online store are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to the customer is the price in effect when the order is placed.

4. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Payment cards — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments
  • Bank transfer — payment to the company’s bank account based on a pro forma invoice
  • Pay Pal
  • Apple pay
  • Google pay
  • Klarna

For bank transfers, we begin processing the order once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We ship via DPD, GLS and Express One. Delivery charges are:

  • Slovenia — EUR 4.50; free delivery on orders over EUR 30.00
  • Croatia — EUR 5.50; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Germany — EUR 5.99; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Austria — EUR 5.90; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Italy — EUR 5.99; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Hungary — EUR 5.50; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Czechia — EUR 6.99; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Poland — EUR 12.50; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00
  • Slovakia — EUR 7.50; free delivery on orders over EUR 65.00

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation. We will notify you by email in the event of a delay.

6. Right to withdraw from the contract

Under the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1, Article 43c), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal in writing at info@infostyle.si or by completing the return form. Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and unused. The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the goods are incorrect or damaged. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Complaints and warranty

For complaints and returns, visit our Complaints and Returns page or contact us at info@infostyle.si. We will resolve your complaint within the statutory period of 8 days. The warranty applies in accordance with statutory provisions and the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court is in Ljubljana. As an alternative dispute resolution option, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The current terms are always published on the website.

11. Free delivery and gifts with purchase

Benefits are determined based on the total value of the products purchased after all discounts have been applied, excluding delivery charges and any surcharge for a surprise product. Thresholds apply to each individual order.

  • For purchases of €20 or more the customer receives one free gift.
  • For purchases of €30 or more the customer receives one free gift and free delivery to an address in the Republic of Slovenia.
  • For purchases of €50 or more the customer receives two free gifts and free delivery to an address in the Republic of Slovenia.

The two gifts for purchases of €50 or more are cumulative: the customer receives the gift for reaching the €20 threshold and an additional gift for reaching the €50 threshold.

Gifts may vary between orders and purchase thresholds. If the offer does not expressly allow a choice, the gifts are selected by the Infostyle store. The customer pays nothing for the gifts.

Free delivery applies exclusively to delivery to an address in the Republic of Slovenia. Delivery outside Slovenia is subject to the charges displayed during checkout.
