Purchase process
- Selection of products:
On our website, purchase or you place the order by selecting the desired product, marking the quantity and adding it to the products you want to order by pressing the "Add to cart" button. When you have added the desired products, press the button to complete the purchase in the basket.
- Order completion and confirmation:
If you have a discount code, enter it in the box provided and press the "apply" button to activate the code.
Enter the delivery information and mark the payment method. Before submission, there is a review of the data and to confirm the order, press the "Complete order" button.
If you have entered an e-mail address in the contact, you will receive an order confirmation.
- Order cancellation:
The order is confirmed if the buyer does not cancel it. The buyer has time to cancel the order until the order is shipped. You can cancel your order by replying to the order confirmation email you received or by contacting us at the phone number listed on the website.
- Shipping and personal collection:
We prepare and ship the orders with the agreed delivery service, which also informs you about the delivery of the shipment.
If you choose personal collection, we will notify you as soon as the order is ready for collection at the selected location. You can pick up the order within 5 working days during the working hours of the branches.
