These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the Infostyle online store and apply to the sale of goods published on the website www.infostyleshop.com. By placing an order, the buyer fully agrees to these terms.
2. Order and Conclusion of Contract
You place an order through the online store by selecting products and completing the purchase process. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract between the buyer and Infostyle d.o.o. is concluded when you receive order confirmation.
3. Prices
All prices in the online store are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to the buyer is the price that was valid at the time of placing the order.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment cards — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments
- Bank transfer — payment to the company's transaction account based on a proforma invoice
For bank transfers, we begin processing the order after receiving payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out via the DPD carrier. Delivery costs are:
- Slovenia — 4.50 EUR; free delivery for orders over 50.00 EUR
- Croatia — 4.50 EUR; free delivery for orders over 50.00 EUR
- Germany — 9.99 EUR
- Austria, Italy, Hungary — delivery prices will be published soon
The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation. In case of delay, we will notify you by email.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1, Article 43.č), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
You must withdraw in writing to info@infostyle.si or by filling out the return form. The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and unused. The buyer bears the cost of return, unless the goods are incorrect or damaged. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Complaints and Warranty
For complaints and returns, please visit our page Complaint and Purchase Return or contact us at info@infostyle.si. We will resolve the complaint within the legally prescribed period of 8 days. The warranty is valid in accordance with legal provisions and manufacturer's instructions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution is not possible, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. As an alternative dispute resolution, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions. The current terms are always published on the website.
